very rude receptionist, told us off being 3 minutes late, but usually waiting for my appointment over 20 mins. each time. working as a receptionist myself too and don't making too much hassle about patient being few mins late!

I went today for a outpatients appt,I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and the staff were friendly and lovely,I've worked in the NHS for 19 yrs so I've been to several hospital site's,I'd highly recommend the George Moore.
