I've been doing yoga with Chantal and Gareth for over 7 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are both excellent teachers. Each practice offers an excellent balance of strength, flexibility and time for relaxation too. There are always alternatives moves offered and the emphasis is on working to your own capabilities. Thankfully, despite all the challenges that this year has thrown at us, the classes have continued seamlessly online.

After going to Gareth and Chantal's yoga classes for well over a decade I can totally recommend them. Instructions are always clear, the venue is ideal and beginners are looked after really well. We've also been on 2 of their yoga holidays, one to Barcelona and one to Sicily - these are run with the same care & professionalism but also great fun.

Great classes, great teachers, great yoga! With Gareth and Chantal you are in safe hands with a wealth of knowledge and experience behind them. The venue at St Andrews is also a perfect space for yoga. If you are in Cheltenham and looking for an authentic experience of yoga, then I would highly recommend Gareth and Chantal.
