The staff are great - friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. My kids actually enjoy having their eye exams done by the team at Cowichan Eyecare - which is a win in my book! Can't recommend these folks highly enough.

I have to say, Chemainus Family Eyecare is one of the best clinic's I have gone to. I had previously gone to another location that had a promotion going on. The lady that provided the exam was obviously in a rush as she quickly went through the motions while giving me a bit of attitude. After the exam, I purchased new glasses with the prescription only to find later after a few migraines the prescription was completely wrong. As you can imagine, I decided to try somewhere new, finding myself at Chemainus Family Eyecare. What a pleasant surprise that turned out to be! The staff was extremely friendly and really took the time to ensure all my questions were met. I would HIGHLY recommend them, it was a great conclusion to a bit of a nightmare-ish experience.
