I took my golden retriever pup for 2 days as a trial daycare. When he came home both days, he gulped water as if he hadn’t drank all day. He also peed for several minutes as if he hadn’t been taken out. On the second day, he came home with a swollen face from some kind of allergic reaction. Not only did they have any kind of explanation, but had no sympathetic apology for the neglect. Won’t be going here again for the care of my dog.

I don’t give 5 stars to just anyone but I feel like this place is deserving. I came in to take a tour & the girl explained that they weren’t doing tours. Both ladies had on their mask & was wearing it correctly. Not under their nose like most of the Kroger’s but that’s another review all together. Back to the point. One of the girls said that she would go back & take pictures of the rooms. I don’t remember which sizes they were but showed me 3 different ones & showed me the yard where the dogs were playing. She explained that they will be open for tours when the numbers are down. I would normally be very wary of places that don’t let you see the rooms. Because I find that odd if places do t want to show you. The girl made me feel very comfortable. Said she had been there like 8 years. So I’ve decided to leave my 2 pups over Thanksgiving. I’m excited to be able to go see my mom and sister in SoCal! I’m glad I won’t have to worry about my pets while I’m gone because I know they will be in great hands while I’m gone.
I cant think them enough for always taking care of my pets. The staff cant be beat. The care they give them. Love you all
I have been boarding my cats here for years and have been pleased with care. The room for cats is clean and entertaining. I always find it interesting to pick them up and see where they are hanging out. The staff shows an interest in your pets and learn the personalities of the pets. The staff are friendly and professional. I would recommend their services.
