It is a two story building. Infornt of it you’ll get an appartment and it is in the mahindra world city. From Paranur railway station you’ll get free bus services but if you are not coming or google in office time then you might feel difficulties. But cabs are available

Kindly plan another company. They only take advance and dont respond for months .If you have a project and deadline dont even think of buying from this company they will hamper your entire planning.Their are many other brands that can be looked out for.Did a very big blunder by placing and order hope this review would stop others from doing it.

Moved in to a flat at Shriram Shankari Perumattunallur Guduvanchery back in May 2014. From then onwards ,have been experiencing very heavy noise whenever the elevator is in use , which is quite unusual in Fujitec. Now it is more than three years and the noise is getting louder and louder. Is there no solution for this menace.
