Good. Skoda cars has good design & looks with performance. But maintenance cost quit and I think resale is quite low

If you have half a day to one day for diagnosing the problem that your car has and time after that for service . This is the best place. Even if appointment is taken. Expect to spend an hour at least to get some paper work done. Efficiency is definitely not their plus point. For a brand projected as superior the service needs to go a long way. Offering coffee or tea doesn't cut the mark. Making people wait in these times of pandemic is unnecessary and unfortunate.

Best service centre for Skoda cars. Very good support provided here for customers. But bit expensive in billing. Charge of labor will be little higher side for all repair or replacement jobs. But work was neat & clean.

Friendly executives and mangers. Do meet executive Tamil Selvan if you get to visit there, such a humble and hard working person.

They think themselves they are very royal and premium. They are not willing to sell any entry variant of their cars. Unhappy with sales responses. Better to buy indian cars like Tata who atleast have customer friendly sales representatives.
