This has been my worst 3M car care experience. I have used 3M services multiple times in Kerala (Cochin & Calicut) and Hyderabad before and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services each time. But this time it was extremely disappointing. i took a complete car care package for 1 year and got a germkleen (interior), AC Vent cleaning and wash & wax service today. the waxing job was the most sloppiest i have ever seen. the bonnet is full of smudge marks and one half of the bonnet is of a different colour. they have done the AC vent cleaning but apparently the cleaning doesnt take care of the dust on the AC vents!. and to my horror they have just dumped everything which includes my Car RC book, Insurance, window sub blinds, spare key and my child seat in the back without even bothering to keep all of these back after cleaning. Thi definitely shows 3M services in a very bad light and i will not recommend this particular service centre to anyone.

I was told by a friend that I need to do the film coating for my car. I went to 3M egmore, without actually knowing the benefits but the staff and the owner of the place were very friendly and explained the service completely. They looked passionate enough for the work. I instantly knew that my car is in safe hands when they explained so much to me when I was already there to do the job.
