After seeing the negative reviews, I was not inclined to visit but I wanted an urgent haircut and was in the area. So here is the detailed review The person who cut my hair was extremely professional and did a great job. However, I also took a pedicure and manicure and the quality of work was not upto any standards. Also the salon looks quite old and unkempt. My advice, got for a haircut and not much else. I would return for the same as well.

Not worth. These guys are in real hurry to finish the task. Suggestion to owner that you should train your staff or should change it. Anna Nagar - Good thing is Nicely build, good location and good ambience

They don't have professional, trained masseurs for their massage services. I ended up with body pain when I went for swedish massage for 60 minutes but the guy finished in 30 mins. I had to constantly keep directing him regarding pressure application. Avoid this place at all cost.

The worst spa in chennai you will come across. They have lured me saying there is an offer for hair smoothening service & the charge was 2k, later they told that for 2k they use Chinese products which had severe side effects for their customers. I was forced to pay additional 1k for using Wella products. To be honest it's just three days & I couldn't see any traces of smoothening effect in my hair. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. Also my husband who had body massage ended up with severe body pain after the service.

Used to be really good. The place is fairly unhygenic with food out in the open, the towels are dirty and the facial rooms are dirty and dusty. when someone comes for facial they dont want kitchen rolls or paper napkins on their face, they need TISSUES. The lovely lady from darjeeling who did my facial was quite good though. The manager/front desk lady is quite loud and NOT professional at all. She further ruins the ambience. LOL
