I have purchased water purifier from AO Smith After 1 year of purchase, The main filter goes bad and need to spend more amount to replace it since device goes out of warranty. Again technician comes in for service and next we get other electrical related problem.

Very worst product and service. I used to buy Racold water heaters for all my bathrooms. But first time I bought this product and I felt that took wrong decision for buying A O Smith water heaters. The service coordinator (Mr. Prasanna from chennai service) behaved rude and not giving proper response and also service technicians also unskilled. I bought new product which was not working properly when I installed with my professional engineer. Herewith I have attached the product image which was handled wrongly (they damaged the product) by AO Smith engineer. When I asked about the replacement of damaged (ie thermocol packaging) item, they said not possible because of product design. I am totally disappointed with AO Smith product and service.

Worst service. Service person came removed water heater and kept 2 days back. He said don't have parts will bring tomorrow. Still I wonder tomorrow did not come for that person. What kind of joking service u people providing?

Very poor installation of water heater and demanding tips for such a bad service. Never buy such product and Rathna Fan house should avoid such products.

Please do not buy AO Smith water purifiers. They charge 5500 per year while the product costs around 18000 (for X8 model). I bought the product 3 years ago and the product always gets faulty at least 3 to 4 times every year. Most importantly, the product stops working, so you will be left without purified water for 2 to 3 days and you have to buy water from outside. Very poor quality and unreliable substandard product.

I have been using water filter X4 plus. It is very substandard product. Unit failed 6 times within span of 10 months. I have escalted my concern to their company and fighting for replacement of product since last 6 months. But no response. It is punishment for me for buying substandard ao Smith very much dispaointed with product and support.

May be the company claims them as No 1 company( In your logo you have claimed - FIT IT & FORGOT IT with highest warranty period & best service & India most trusted water heater brand but I strongly see this as no meaning & this product does not suit Indian water condition ,due to tripping problem does not adhere to safety conditions prescribed ) but very poor product quality & service . From the month 1 we are facing with problem one or other , whenever heater was switched on , we get noise , they came & changed the heating element ,(Anode rod was completely removed)after which sound reduced but there was tripping problem ,.In month of Jan , after giving complaint , they told some panel wiring problem & changed & gave the wire ,now again same tripping problem . due to of lock down i havent raised complaint . i purchased in July 8th 2019 at Vasnath & co chennai Bill no 11211170027497 .Initially when there was a problem within a month of purchasing , the customer care people told if further compalint arise they would change and give me the unit .Either you change the unit or refund the Amount of Rs 10,000/- back .Hope you will take this review & revert back .
