I had ordered mosquito netting for my window s.Their service was excellent.

Worst people to work with. We called them to put mosquito nets for our house. The work which should have taken one day, took 3 days. One day only to come and take measurements, second day to put welcro and third day to put nets. They gave us nets which were the last piece of the roll with big branding in pink colour at 3-4 places. When we asked them to replace it and get the correct piece, their sales girl Chitra told us to wash and use. - we are buying a new piece why should we wash. The person who came to out , Mohan said that it will automatically go after 2 months or wash or pay extra charges for the new nets. Their manager , Chandran spoke my husband. My husband gave them three options:: 1) clean and give the nets. 2) replace this to the new one 3) leave the nets for the advance that we had paid and take the rest back. But Chandran, their Manager was very rude. He called my Husband a fraud and said some people do not want to pay money and lie about quality! Their work is untidy. We were ready to accept that too but the behaviour and calling a customer fraud is not acceptable! Do not ever get nets from them!!
