Really good doctor... One of my close relative has done her treatment from here and they got 100% result.... Good staff, good hospital, all things are really good... this doctor is not doing business (like may other hospitals) .. He is doing perfect practice ... and providing perfect result

Hello, i had an appointment for my wife on 9:10am in perambur branch and we were 30 mins early to tell hospital. It’s been 3 hours past my appointment time but no proper response form any of the faculty... if the doctors are not on time to hospital or if number of doctors are less in facility. Why would you have this appointment facility ? Please don’t make the fool out of patient making them wait for longer time.. I sincerely request the hospital organisation to take corrective measures to treatment patient with proper care. I’m drafting this review not to complaint but with hope to see a change..
Had to take my brother here for fever on a Sunday evening, there was no doctor present. How can this be a hospital if there are no duty doctors available?? Kindly call and check before going and returning without seeing the doctor. Earlier once when my brother was admitted there the nurse was unable to find the nerve in the wrist for injecting a medicine so she called 5-6 of nurses, they were unable to find the nerve perfectly. It took them more than 10 mins for a single injection, hope they get trained well before attending the patients. Only two stars for the so called Multi specialty hospital.
Our experience at ARC has been the best beyond words. Dr.Mahalakshmi is an expert in his field. His dedication and positive attitude towards his work has been a great help. After getting a failure in USA we were very heartbroken but getting in touch with Dr. Mahalakshmi , raised our hopes high. And that is what gave us success at the very first attempt we did at ARC . His patience towards each and every question being asked and his positive explanation towards each and every situation has been great help. Staff at ARC is equally good too. All the nurses working there are very friendly and helpful. We will like to Thank Dr Mahalakshmi and arc for giving us the Best gift of our Life.
Loved the co-ordination. Make the patient feel really homely. Dr. saravanan is one of the best IVF specialist I have gone through. The best center that can give you best results. You don't need to rush here and there for the investigations needed, but you can get it done under one roof. Phenomenon work of Dr.saravanan
