It was worst service in my old ac installation.. Again done with another one. Not responding after received money. Not recommended to any one.

I had a issue in Ac cooling and water leaking, registered a booking and a service personnel came to house and inspected and not checked the Ac is running properly or not. He was not more than 10 mins, went off by charging a huge amount. We paid for the service. Within 30 mins the Ac was not functioning properly, even worst cooling compared to pre service. We have been following for 45 days to catch the mangaement and the service guy. The management promised to inspect another service guy. The second service guy inspected for more than 45 mins and said if the 1st service person inspected properly you may not pay for the service. Your Ac is in worst condition so better our suggestions will be don't do any service. By the word of second service executive, I was trying to call, message,mai to the management they are not responding. Since I'm trying more than 110 days. There is no proper response from management. Most worst behaviour of customer service department. Not picking up my call by seeing my number is a worst behaviour from the management.
Had a very bad experience :(( To begin with, the customer care was really good. Even in COVId situtation, they arranged for a technician. Then came the foul play. The assigned guy came, he asked me to cancel the visit and he will take care of evetything his own. He said the company was not paying him and are over burdening him. He charged a hefty Rs.6000 for no issue. He lied a lot that condensor has to be changed, indoor has to be changed. Even after paying so much, the problem was not fixed. I called him after couple of days, he then said he tried whatever he could and since the AC is old, he cannot do anything. Though the online serving of AC concept is good, one employee like him can ruin the entire hardwork of all.
Since morning i am trying to reach then through the number given...pathetic response... It said our executive will call me shortly however its been more than hr no one called me.. Not sure if my request for service accepted and any one will visit....very bad..its a first experience but not satisfactory even to book service...i am wondering booking itself is so tedious and uncertain then how good the service would b....
Worst technicians. Worst customer service. They never listen to customers issue. Technicians never return calls if there is an issue. I have an ongoing issue after my last service. Both the company and the technician who came to my place are unresponsive. Worst experience ever. Better hire a local ac mechanic who will reslond to your calls and resolve issues.
