Best place for buying Acer laptops. Staff is having good knowledge about laptops. Suggesting best laptops as per our requirement. 100% recommended. Another biggest positive is payment. They are accepting both cash and credit/debit cards.

Worst experience with DotCom. I purchased two laptops Predator Helios 300 i7 and Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 4800H laptops on the same day. However I faced an issue with Nitro 5 from the next itself. I found out the same laptop(per the serial #) was repaired 2 months before I buy. Acer was trying to convince me to give the same laptop replacing the display unit, but I disagreed. After lot of efforts, I got DOA(Dead on Arrival) for this Laptop. I requested for refund, Acer collected cancelled cheque and invoice for refund. Acer informed me I need to get replacement product from DotCom. DotCom says the product model which I purchased two months earlier is not available, Acer stopped production of Nitro 5 Ryzen 7 model. Tried contacting Acer VR mall showroom multiple times but they are not picking up calls. I have been following with someone from Dotcom regarding the replacement, he suggested couple of models for replacement they are 20k higher. However I asked him to share spec details he hasn't shared even after calling him multiple times. It's been three months, I am really unsatisfied and disappointed with DotCom. They really don't care about their customer.
