Pathetic. I had tried atleast 10 numbers but none was answered. It automatically connects to an answering bot and we wait for 15 min or 20 but Noone answers.

Flight cancelled by AirAsia but no support to reschedule. Customer Service doesn't pick the call at all.

I went here to re-schedule my ticket but I wasnt able to do it as they said that they have no control over re-scheduling tickets and I had to go all the way to the airport to do it. People working in this service centre do not behave in a professional manner. They are just too casual and also alot LAZY. My experience at the airport office was very pleasant. The staff at the airport office is very professional. So I've given an extra extra for the gentleman who re-scheduled my ticket at the airport office.
