No one seems to help. Yesterday also were here till flight flew, but your Chennai AAI not feel to inform us, that you people took off our power bank from inside the bag. & At Jaipur airport you informed us what Chennai AAI did. We are here after drove more than 20km, & with here you people are not helping, still your found & lost kiosk is closed. We contacted Admin office they are sending us here & there. What the GREAT service you people serve us after having ours money. Thank you so much for this. Should we expect our stuff from you guys. We got our small scissor from Jaipur AAI in 10th day. Welcome to Chennai.

Had left my jacket at the airport. Went to get it back after a couple of months. They checked their registers which had my entry and I provided them the required docs. But they were not actually able to find it due to the huge volume of items the store has and then I had to myself dig through all of it to find it out. The staff was helpful but the facility was very ill maintained and infested by rats.
