Dear Airtel, I have visited an Airtel Authorized Partner, Royapettah, Chennai opp to Madhar Sha Tower (Anand Bus Stop). Wanted to port my Jio number to Airtel but they refused to do coz of two reasons 1. My Aadhar has Bangalore Address 2. I asked for Prepaid (they wanted me to go for postpaid) I had an Airtel number which I have port in to Jio, coz of two reasons 1. That's my main number and updated everywhere 2. Network is so bad that sometimes I was unable to get OTP. I have complained several times but there was no result.
