The network is down for two days in Kodambakkam and yes we understand it was because of the storm. But today when everything was back to normal and other services are doing repair work I get a lame reason that they don't do services today. Worst attitude and not even a sorry from them.

Worst customer service and fake commitments. I paid money for 3months plan and as per their commitment connections should have been given in 3hours from the time of money paid. now am waiting for 2nd day to get connection. Executives denying phone calls. Can any responsible guy from airtel reply to this..,

Awful, awful customer service. Not even sure if they care anymore... The lackadaisical attitude their customer service reps have makes you wonder if they are the ones who are paying the users to use their connection, and it's their privilege to give it. They used to be half decent once, but it has all gone tits up these last couple of years.
