We got our work done but the employees definitely definitely need to know their paperwork. More than one customer was in a shouting match with them for their lack of knowledge. They were not aware that e aadhaar is a legally valid document. They had to call their manager for that. But after that it was smooth sailing.

Staff attitude is not supportive. I went for replacement sim but due to their arrogant behavior I have requested to disconnect sim. I am sure I will not visit this store in future. O went other center and got proper support and issue resolved.
Almost any telecoms or phone server company in the world is certain to provide an unpleasant experience these days. There is barely the makings of a "customer service" anymore. Abundant confusion is the main feature of the industry, along with advertising. It's all about quick sales and, "Next!" Waiting an awfully long time for a "Wish I hadn't bothered" afterthought. Plus, how can a computer answer questions that arise from human conditions and circumstances and intellect?? Very frustrating. One expects more from a visit in person. But you can be sure nothing you discussed with the clerk or manager will make it out of his hands alive.
Very courteous and efficient staff. Listens patiently to all customer queries and replies politely. Especially I like the approach and attitude of Mr. Kartik one of the customer service executives of this outlet
The employees are not customer friendly. They don't provide enough information inspite of us personally visiting the store. They just don't value the customers.
Extremely bad customer service. The person working there was not cooperative and wanted to get rid off the problem somehow. Very bad experience. Wanted to port my number to Airtel and was having some issue with the port code, instead of helping the person did not even check the system nor he was even interested in solving the issue, instead he said go to another branch and fix the issue there! Pathetic customer service. Because of this I’m not porting to Airtel. Avoid at all costs!
Very good service.. they heard and respond..Any customer service center if they open their ear that's enough.. it will deliver optimum solution.. that is happening here.. they heard your voice then they will give optimum solution.. you can leave with full of satisfaction... No wonder why I am last 15 years using Airtel..
