Had a wonderful experience in our Darjeeling-Pelling-Gangtok tour. 6N and 7D. Ms. Swetha from Akshaya was patient enough to customize the tour as per our budget. It took nearly 3 weeks to finalize our itenerary and she helped us all along. Mr. Rakesh was co-ordinating the tour and providing us the driver numbers and he took our feedback positively. We were taken to all places and sightseeing in separate cabs which is a big plus. The hotels they booked are good. Especially the one in Pelling was a great one. The tour was very well organized. Highly recommend. I would also like to thank the cab drivers who drove for nearly 5-7 hrs to take us to & from Airport and all the towns.

I had taken my family to Singapore and Malaysia. They are first time international travellers. We had certain constraints in the dates and Akshaya helped us to enjoy the trip with slight rescheduling of our flights. The hotel accommodation and the food arrangements were good. The tour was conducted local guides. Only thing I felt was the time schedule was tight. Overall we enjoyed and the guide who accompanied from Chennai was friendly and helpful. Overall I was satisfied with the trip.

Amazing experience with the team. I recently went on for an international travel. The trip was very planned interms of time, people and commute. An impeccable service provided by the team. Value for the money. A conservative pricing compared to the other tours and travels agents in Chennai. Overall a splendid experience from the team. Special mention to Mr Umarnath(Chennai),the tour coordinator who was very calm and informative with all our queries right from start of discussion till the end of vacation.

Visited Mauritius and Dubai for a very economical fare. Quite satisfied with their facilities and transfer options provided. They made us travel through great flights such as Emirates which was an experience in itself. Felt that some of the scheduling was a little hectic but that was just a very minor thing. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

Our trip to UAE organized by Umarnath was excellent. Promptness in pickup and drop, Delicious food and accommodation needs a special mention. Good arrangements.

I have been to Europe for 10 days from may 23, 2019 with two kids and my sister. I am posting this coz I was very impressed with the way our tour manager Leander handled the trip... He made sure that we attended all the places.. The stay they offered was good.. Esp loved our stay at Innsbruck and Rome... We were given Indian food for lunch n dinner with salad n non-vegetarian.. Morning breakfast at the hotel we stayed.... Last day Leander organized pasta n pizza at Italy Happy that I have chosen Akshaya....

Response is poor. Had called for applying for visa, the receptionist informed that they are doing a lot of visas and connected to the concerned person who informed that they don't do visas. Very strange. Anyway i applied for visa on my own
