my parcel which has to be delivered yesterday was not delivered to me and reported as could not be contacted without contacting me. and when i enquired it is reported that the parcel will be delivered today at 3pm but so far not reached

Worst experience... They will call you on delivery date and in case you are Out somewhere and telling them that to deliver a hour later and once u said...they will cut your call and even after you try to call them back 1000 times they will cut ur call or wont attend the call...and they will denote to amazon that Customer is out of payment with them so delivery will be delayed to tomorrow... I haven't experienced such kind of delivery facility by amazon before...its worse
