Consultant Oththalmologist available. Opticals section also available. Good ambience. Live TV and ample sitting space. Only drawback is waiting time. Treatment is good. I am a regular visitor.

I was wearing specs for around 16 years and also contact lens for last 6 years. It was so hard for me to handle that. Then I came to know about Doctor MR.Lalit Kumar from one of the eye doctor in Thanjavur. I came for consultation with Dr.Lalit after which I realised I never met a doctor like him before, he is very kind and friendly. He was treating me like a friend for long time. He explained everything and made me understand all the procedures. I gone through laser surgery & I couldn’t believe that was a surgery. It was really quick and neat. Am writing this review after almost 4 month. Even now I couldn’t believe that am using my naked eye it feels like am using contact lens. Vision is very clear and I feel better than ever. It was dream for me to see with my naked eye. Dr.Lait made my dream come true. I really appreciate the service.,Thank you so much Dr. Lalit Kumar for giving me my vision back.

Though doctors are good, reception people are not responding properly. Some people are eating in the visitors area. Hospital management can avoid this kind of nuisances.

I had some skin allergy. Before being introduced to the skin specialist in this hospital i.e Dr krishnakanth, I visited 2 other known doctors for skin specialist their treatment did not work for me like i took it for a month. Glad i got the right skin specialist Dr.krishnakanth though his prescribed medicines cost little more its all based on his professional practice but it works very well i could see the results in almost a week.but if you want cheap medicines and long treatments you could prefer other skin specialist.

Being a trust hospital the consultation fee is jus same as any other private hospital.. I went to a dermatologist named Krishnakant he charged me Rs 650/- consultation and his prescribed medicine wouulpd bring upto the total of around 5000/-.. Instead he has to prescribe a generic medicine...if the charges are height I would as well prefer going to a private hospital/clinic.. Highly not recommendable to go to this hospital..
