Do you think the class was value for money in your learning? Hell yes, when you consider the length of the class and how much we learnt, I believe it was value for money. I had attended the 'Professional Baking' course a couple of days back. It was an amazing experience. Not only was Lisa Ma'am very helpful, she was also very patient no matter how many times mistakes were made because it was all learning. Learning from Ma'am and others has always been a pleasure. I always get to learn more than expected and take back with me more than the recipes "The Experience Of The Class". I want to immensely thank you for the wonderful baking that you have taught us. Thank you for giving such lovely tips and tricks too. P.S: My mates were awesome too!! Attaching a couple of pictures...

What I like the most is hands on experience and lot of time and effort is spent on learning the techniques and not only the recipe. Each student gets to bake and take home, whatever they bake for the day. Liza Mam is very patient and wonderful teacher. Highly recommend her classes for both beginners in baking and as well as the ones with professional interest.
