Plan of an entire academic year has been made prior. Information regarding any event/competition is given to the parents few days ahead. Selection process for each event is done with the correct criteria for the respective event/competition. Weekly tests has been established. Home work from only 2 subjects for each day is given so that no extra work is pushed onto the students. Moving from "Teachers centered class" to "Student centered class".
