Very bad experience with Ascon medical instruments.In contrary to their assurance to provide a world class service while promoting their products they don't attend our complaints in person,instead they send quotation after listening to our complaints over phone & compel us to pay the full amount as advance.

i am a budding opthalmologist and i purchased ascon slit lamp which developed frequent problems in the very first week after i purchased and had very bad experience with ascon service peoples right from the beginning and the way they came for service and persistence of problems made me write this review and no body should suffer llike me. kindly enquire before you buy. they do not respond your mail
