Taken test ride.. vehicle performance was good. Having different modes to change the speed and performance of the bike. Showroom ambience was so good. Cost of the bike is slightly higher. But it is so much efficient for riding inside the city. In my opinion it is not recommended for long travel.

Best showroom for experiencing their product. All the staff are very friendly. They're very informative and courteously clear all of our doubts about anything. We can easily avail test rides to experience the scooter very briefly. If we are seriously interested in the product, they provide excellent hospitality by providing refreshments also. This is said to be a company owned and company operated retail outlet. No brand marketing is done through phone or sms like other dealers of any other brands. Very much satisfied with Ather Space Chennai.

It is located in a prime locality. Getting there is pretty easy. Customer service is very good. They are courteous and attend to us the moment we enter the space. The vehicle is costly and the time to get spare parts when needed is too long.

Nice showroom, it doesn't look like a sales center, looks like a small IT office , staff very supportive, everyone pls understand ICE automotive has come leaps and bounds and it is now all over the world, this is new tech we need to understand those issues too.Expecting similar results to that of a normal service center will take time, I understood the fact we will have to face some delay at times and agreed to myself then took the vehicle. BTW awesome vehicle cannot compare it any one in any market, cutting edge tech, future vehicle.Warp mode is simply awezooom

Staff are well explaining the features of the product and are really friendly. The store is open till 6.30pm only. You can also test drive the vehicles. Spot registration is also done. Thanks to the customer service representative Mr. Arjun for patiently explaining the raised queries in detail.

As far as sales experiences go, this is the best you can have. Test ride is seamless. You can just visit this place to see how good the engineering behind the vehicle is. I just hope they keep this level of professionalism as they expand and don't let the dealer networks spoil the experience.
