Went to this place today (24 Dec 2018) just to see if they sell retail. Made a call in the morning and the receptionist was courteous enough to say that most people were not available, but I can still come and she will arrange someone. When I went there around 1PM most of the available staff were on lunch but still they were kind enough to offer me a seat and water and asked to wait for 10 mins. A person came after 10 mins and opened the showroom just for me and showed the various kinds of attars they have. He even offered a small tour of the boiler-condenser. I bought a tola of vettiver oil and a tola of sandalwood oil. In the perfumery/attar world, price is next only to quality and I can say that one can get really good quality products here. The kindness/courteousness of the people needs a special mention. Even though I am a small retail customer, they showed me the same importance of a wholesaler/exporter. I bought attars from charminar area too (hyderabad) but this place is by far a better place to invest in your perfumes/attar. Cards not accepted. Cash only. Overall, am very happy and will definitely recommend to others. This one place is better than most of the attar shops in Hyderabad and I can vouch for them if you think about quality. Update Jan 2019: Came here again to buy more perfumes. Mr Ayub Mohammed was very kind to us and took time off his schedule to be with us showing/suggesting the attars and perfumes they have. My kid was very interested to see the production line and Mr Ayub was kind enough to oblige. They have Oud Cambodi and Oud Morocco, very very rare Oud! The product line is quite elaborate and they have genuine Oud chips too!
