We had booked Balloons unlimited for a high school reunion event. We opted for helium balloons. Ballons were filled at the event venue. Service was extremely good. Approachable staff who are courteous enough and suggest good ideas. The entire party hall ceiling were spread with atleast 12 differnet colours, making it look very nice. The balloons were tied with a lace which made it look very chic.

My son birthday party event planned to start from 6PM onwards but decoration was still not completed fully till 7 pm.. hence we stopped till wat ever completed and we started the event since it was very late and all guest has been arrived.. amount was not also refunded .

I googled and went all the way from airport as the ratings were good, they seriously looted, things were way too expensive for the Chinese items they sell. It was for first anniversary, and out of the letters 'happy anniversary' 4 were damaged (having leaks) As this kind of products are being delivered when ordered online (flipkart and amazon), i went for this offline store and still the same happened. It ruined the entire event. I should have got the same stuff in less than half of the money I had spent here with better quality, if I had known the city and shops well. They don't have the wide range of items either. (I asked for gold coloured but the only had silver)

Worst place! Overly priced. They mix normal gas Instead of helium. 240rs for three helium balloons which was filled with normal gas. Worst place!

Had a VERY BAD shopping experience today with balloons unlimited. I was so excited to go there after checking their reviews. But very unprofessional and no proper customer service. As a parent, we had many plans towards our son's birthday party and decided to go here. First thing which I noticed was, they were very attentive towards a customer looking for event planning. We felt completely ignored during our time inside the shop. Not at all affordable if you are looking to purchase decoration items. Please look for some other shops. There are many good shops if you search deeply in Anna Nagar. After shopping in this store, we went to another super market in Anna nagar west where we bought so many party decor items at a very cheaper rate and VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. Also, the sales girl was so kind and polite, she showed us many items even though I kept nagging her to show this and that. Also, there were many customers and she was the only person in the party decor items department. She didn't even snap at anyone and behaved very politely. I completely regret going to this balloons unlimited store. I also noticed one more thing, they didn't have anything I asked. Their reply was " WE DON'T HAVE". My plans got busted there itself and I bought few items from whichever was available there. Even after coming home, I am feeling very low and this Shopping experience will definitely haunt me for the rest of my life and during every year when my son's birthday comes. I don't mind spending more money for MY ONE & ONLY SON's birthday, but the money which I am spending should worth it. Here in Balloons unlimited, it totally NOT WORTH it. BALLOONS UNLIMITED - Please change your attitude towards your customers. Put a smile on their face. It's not a very big deal. They are coming to take home a good shopping experience. Please don't make anybody feel bad. It's my humble request.

They have ample of choice and staff is very friendly. But advice to anyone- just call and enquire if they have they balloons you're looking for because I wanted the helium 20inch 1s and 2s and sadly they didn't have stock.
