It was really good about a year ago , now there is a pungent smell near the juice and vegetables aisle. Once there was a power shut down the day before i suppose, and i happened to visit BB in the morning , Staff where cleaning the whole freezer section because there was water everywhere and all the food was transferred elsewhere , and it was stinking. Be careful when you buy frozen food from here .

Good offer,big savings. but no help from executive. Employees not friendly in customer service. Lot of customers have doubt on purchase offers,every time or after billing they visiting customer service desk again and again. In Rice section executive not available for scaling section.only one guy active in section from sbi card executive. If they maintain proper supervising with good customer service desk,maybe it will give happy to customers. Any way BIG saving.finally i redeemed my payback points here.
