It's head office of Airtel..8 floors..canteen in 3rd floor u can get unlimited coffee, tea, green tea and milk anytime..unlimited Food(meals) is for 65 ,concession of 30 rs only for Airtel employee... Briyani on Wednesday.. Fully Air conditioned.. Restrooms are cleanly maintained...

Worst service I ever seen I raised complain due to my Wi-Fi is not working showing network error from may 1st week to till now June 22-2020 they not resolve my issue but they generate the two months bill for not working network Wi-Fi. They call and msg me more than twenty times to pay the bills on a day visit airtel shrm no proper response then why you're advertising India's best network service.

Hi Guys I had a bad experience of your Nungambakkam Airtel Store. I had reached the store at around 7.25 pm on 1st Feb 2020 for my 4G Sim. But the store refused to service station store closes by 7.30. But the official working hours mentioned on Google search states closes 8pm. When you are mentioning till 8pm ,how come Store refuse to service me at 7.25 and everyone sitting and chatting and in the closing mood. Is this the way you treat your customers your representatives trained to treat the customer. Please correct either on Google search information or keep the store open and service the customer till 8pm to retain your base.

I had recharged my Airtel Sim by using Airtel thanks app, but the balance didn't loaded to my mobile. But my money has been debited from my account. I called to your customer care but there is no response, my money has been debited but I cannot able to make a phone call or data I feel really bad about your network and the Airtel thanks app. So kindly refund my money or recharge me and give a response to me.
