The instructor is passionate and consistent with teaching. Blitz combat and fitness Academy has been helped us to be more confident, more disciplined, more focused physically and mentally. A variety of classes and times are available to work with most families schedules. I am getting in a great work out on top of learning how defend myself should I ever be put in an unfavorable situation. The place, trainers and their skill are very dynamic and core to what I have been looking for, worth my wait in finding place like this. The interior makes us feel good and active always. The right place for women's to get trained the skills, fitness and gain confidence.
