Bad customer response. Delivery time my mirror was broken no one can take responsibility. They are said mirror already broken .

engine mild noise issue in Suzuki access 125, after checking a day they advise to replace the bearing to sort out this noise and then showroom taken 2 weeks for repair..they promised once you change bearing this problem cleared.but at the time of delivery after repair we checking the vehicle same issue coming with loud noise. Again they said need to replace shaft to clear this noise. Un experience mechanic in showroom they said we replace one by one parts after we know the exact problem. I spend inr 1170 for repair final we loss our money Worst experience

BEST PLACE TO WASTE MONEY....the only thing you find different before and after service is water wash that's it ,they try to make you believe that your fault is rectified but it's actually not..My bike mirror was loose and they were that lazy just to tight it and suggested me to buy new one you can now guess what else work would they do...And also they are biggest fraudster guess how much is just chain cleaning and lube *** 600 Rs. Even a new Bootle would cost only 400..so I changed my service to padi centre near to legend store name balaji suzuki they are awesome my chain cleaning and lube costed 150Rs. And also they rectified my loose mirror without charge...

Very very Worst service. Last 2 months before bike battery not getting charged. They told battery dead and asked to replaced new battery(Rs2000/-). After 2 months again battery got dead today and bike stopped inbetween. Again they are bluffing. They are simply charging money not solving the real problem. Very very worst service. Doesn't know how to speak with customers..
