I underwent post operative shoulder rehabilitation sessions as advised by Dr Naresh Padmanabhan. Now I am able to do all my work independently with confidence. Special Mention: All credit goes to Dr. Srimathi. She is an excellent Doctor. I pray for her bright future and also for BonSpero. She was encouraging and she patiently clarified all my doubts Staff: The staff are well mannered and supportive Timings: They have convenient time slots, we can choose which suits well with us. with advance intimation we can reschedule the timings with consultation with the team. Infrastructure: Its a is spacious center with reception, waiting area with TV and separate rooms for various therapy sessions. The place is well ventilated and air circulations are well managed. The equipment are of latest technology. The beds and headrests are regularly sanitized after each session. Location: It is in a easily accessible locality with various modes of transport Area of improvement: Only one point is that the way to the clinic within the complex there are speed breakers which could cause additional strain to the ortho patients, steps to be taken to address this.

I have taken treatment for 15 days by Dr. Sreemathy at this centre I am happy to say this rehab service is worth and Dr. Sreemathy is excellent trainer and have given the treatment well and given exercises. she has explained patiently all my questions . thank you very much

BONSPERO is a well known Rehabilitation centre in Thiruvanmiyur. I came here for Shoulder Rehabilitation. I am 100% satisfied with the treatment given here which consisted of laser treatment, cryo treatment, heat treatment and other latest techniques. The stretches and relaxation exercises were helpful. The doctors and attenders were patient friendly.

I undertook physiotherapy for a frozen shoulder ailment. I was referred to the centre by Dr. Naresh. I was very happy with the services provided. On the first day I was told that the 10 day, 1 hour package would cost a fixed amount just for shoulder therapy. Dr. Chadrakala provided excellent service. She was focused more on getting me back to normal rather than the time limit or the number of days. Each day she would patiently enquire about the location of pain and based on her analysis would provide guidance on exercises and additional therapy. When her first course of treatment did not work, she shifted to other types of therapy. She also taught me exercises for spondilitis and my back pain even and one some days some therapy. On pretty much all the days, the sessions took about 2 hours but they did not charge me anything. I liked the dedication, professionalism and sincerity of Dr. Chandrakala as well as the assistant, Alphonse.

I was suffering from neck/shoulder pain and was unable to raise my left arm. I underwent 10 Days rehabs therapy and now feeling much better. Therapy sessions would include laser, ultrasound & motion equipment to ease the pain and for faster recovery. They even teach us exercises for our specific problems and to strengthen the muscles to avoid those problems in the future.
