Recently changed my Ertiga VXI's tyres at this place.. Got Bridgestone Turanza T005A model.. Overall service took around 1 hour and was good.. Wheel alignment was done free of charge for replacing 4 tyres.. Wheel balancing was charged separately along with the valves (depending on which one we choose). Additional of 2% on invoice amount was being charged for use of Credit/Debit card.

Very rude behaviour of the store person and very much dispointment of there service , if you buy new tyre there not provide alignment , u shoud seperately pay for alignment and balance , not other tyre shop will ask u money for these stuff when u go for a tyre change . In chennai everywhere they provide u free for these stuffs when u change the tyre. Mainly the rude behaviour of the store person , he said to me that if u want to buy , stand here or else get lost . This is not a good way to speak to a customer and he did 0 discount on tyre and he even charges for the nitrogen which he filled in new tyres . Worst shop ever
