Landline , prepaid and postpaid bills can be paid in the counter , New connection for landline and bsnl services also available.. Ambient environment, customer friendly staff. Now you can change your old sim to 4G sim available for Rs100.

Gold is valuable because it is very rare... to get a BSNL is like that. To get a sim waiting for more than 3 hours. Very pathetic condition. Sorry to say this.

You can see the typical gov office. Work will be like slow cycle race.... worst pl don't ever sit in customer sofa you may get sick( very smelly). Place not maintained Employee not have energy to reply to customer s

Very pathetic experience, limited staff available 2 to 3 and for getting sim you have to wait as per the timeliness given.. why customer want to wait for 3 to 4 days and waste his time to visit this office and same will take only 5 to 10 mins in Airtel /Jio offices.
