Hi All, My Order Id SO-213030420060384 This is to notify you all about my experience with Byjus team regards to my refund. There was an counselling fixed on 28th feb and i paid an advance of Rs.2000 and on the same day the person had initiated EMI of 49053 which is for 18 months of Rs.3083 per month. Due to some personal reasons i have immediately called and mailed for cancellation on 1st of march. I used to call the customer support every alternate days and mail sent with all details. I didn't even received a single mail revert but use to get calls saying our concern team will call you. Finally on 24March one of the manager name called Shwetha called me and said will initiated the cancellation request. I said clearly to her i paid 2k with my credit card and through my debit card which is 0 balance they have initiated EMI of 18 months so kindly cancel it and stop the payment. She agreed for every thing and asked for my account details even that time i raised a question why bank details required. She said to initiated we required i taught it will be 2k refund but on 29th March i received a message from bank that Rs.49053 has been credited to me. This payment is not done from my side and once i received the payment called byjus cc team and said regards payment they said i want to call bank and i want to cancel it from my side. Bank said it's not possible it should be done by Byjus team. Now the worst part is without any knowledge why they have refunded the money to my savings account which is not done from my side. Due to this cancellation 2k done from my credit card and the EMI conversation interest amount of Rs.6446.45 should be bear from my side. Not at all it's all mall practice done by Byjus team. So before getting in kindly check the review and be careful with the refund policies. While opting the person said if you don't like cancellation can be done within 15 days. Now am suffering why i have opted Byjus. Worst Experience.
