I bought a Hitachi AC from caravan appliances. They published that they are authorised dealer for Hitachi but actually they weren't. During one of the services they nicked some wire and AC gas leaked. They doesn't cool even at 20 degrees now. They did not even take the responsibility to repair it at their cost. Worst place to buy any appliance. Not genuine people.
