Using the fitness centre at the Centre for Sports Science (CSS) has transformed me to a more confident and bold person. Having trained under coach Shiva has paved way for only reaching my goals.Coach Shiva has guided me in the right path to success. My goal was to gain 8kgs and tone my physique to a muscular one.Coach Shiva has helped me achieve my goal in a span of 3 months. Very much obliged and thankful for being trained under Mr Shiva. World class sports center. Good sports medicine specialist also available. The cafe inside this center is very good. Diet package also available. Useful for fitness freaks. Also swimming pool is world class.

Pretty good gym. Trainers are knowledgable. Siva sir is well experienced in HIIT. equipment is really good. Was able to Gain about 7 Kg in lean mass within 6 months
