Good lounge, nice ambience... however place should be kept clean, especially chairs and floor... service was slow, maybe they are under staffed or couldn't manage the guests Food menu is limited to finger food, should be specified by server who didn't care to mention while handing over the complete menu.

Best one in Chennai. Like the drink and just two options of cigar from ITC. Good to try love the ambience and the smoke room .I like to visit ITC Chennai only for this too.

There are very few cigar bars among 5 star hotels and ITC has bought this to attention bringing a cigar and malt bar in Chennai India. The whole hotel is very posh and will make you feel the care architects have taken constructing every part of the hotel. A cigar lounge is a whole new experience.
