I have visited this place...I don't think Development will happen in this place , Tell Us Avenue Quote around 2500 rs and few more plot promoters trying to sell the plots in this stretch, if you are Gonna Invest, Invest in Urappakam , Guduvanchery you will get better ROI...both place price per sq feet is around 2500 to 3000 per sq Feet now, CMBT, and Metro Coming Soon, do your own research and invest with reputed promoters. Visit Indian Real Estate forum website you will get better Idea where to invest. Always see whether investment will yield better ROI...Bank Gives Better ROI instead of Plots.
