Falls commitment from the sales ppl. No Response from the Customer Care even no replay from the mail. Being a big company these kind of poor services is not good. Basic Plan and mid plan package cant get rooms in Holidays. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Please be careful with this people when they promising you membership with lot of offers and gift vouchers. They do a very cheap business practice and not follow what they promise. Last dec'2020 I paid 22k for joining membership on the promise that they confirm me booking rooms in coorg resort but few days later they told me rooms not available and asking me to plan on Jan or some other time. what kind of business is this? how can they decide my vacation plan which i already planned after lot of consideration. So I asked them to cancel my membership (id - 2933526) and return my money. after a lot of chase (most times they don't attend my calls) now they say it will take 120 business days (it can easily come for 6 months if you consider holidays and weekends) for refund, one can easily assume what the strategy behind this, yes my money lying with them will generate revenue in this time. Very bad business ethics they have, it is not at all acceptable for 120 days in this digital times where everything is automated by software (i am being in software industry knows how things work) they may have luxury resorts/hotels with great hospitality but when it comes to issues like this they are very very worst. So please double check everything before you pay any money to them. I never expected a brand from Mahindra group will treat customers like this.

The post sale service & customer care are really making things worse. False commitment & bad systems will be exposed to you only once you take membership. They are spoiling the name & legacy of Mr Anand Mahindra.

I called for the room booking and it was very rude behavior of the call taker by name poornima.Though j had not called she said u r calling from past 3days regarding booking . She told she will call back anc didn't keep up her words.. Attitude is not good and definitely wont recommend for anyone...bitter experience

Their property at tourism spots are really good. But the membership and the benefits are not real advantage. Better to go directly.
