It was a pleasant experience for me with Cosmo. Instead of just quoting , good, nice…; I could say they are the best in Chennai. Plenty of choices & collections in Italian Marble and this place should probably be your first choice before hunting into the market. All your requirements (Marble, Granite, Tiles, Wood Décor etc..) under one roof and make your life tension free, but of course little bit price conscious. As a customer, we all expect attention and friendliness, which I experienced excellent here. Entire team is good, right from top management to bottom level and special thanks to Mr Balaji (Salesperson), who is polite enough in handling clients and of course rich experience & knowledgeable. Good collection of tiles and granites. The sales representatives are very polite and they handle the queries with patience. Our sales representative was a new bee for the job yet he handled with a lot of maturity. Good job Vijay!
Very bad after Sales Service. Marbles purchased from them, developed cracks, patches and colour disformation, within one month of laying. They came and saw the cracks, promised to repair but promises not kept. It was not attended at all and the cracks are getting bad day by day. Only care for payments etc., but after Sales service is bad.
