This shop basically sells decorative lights, I bought a LED based light mentioned as in bill "R43 - Model no 5050" on date 06/10/2012. When I requested to check the LED light before I purchase; the shop owner didn't unbox the item, intern directly plugged and demonstrated for working. For which he said we support 1 year warranty. After I sticked the LED light bought for Rs. 1600 in my home, there where some LED's not functioning for particular colour, immediately I called the owner and intimated the same, for the same he said he will fix. On 11/11/2012 I reached shop directly and waited for more than 15mins where no one turned back. I fixed this by myself. I kindly request user's to trust these kind of shop owners with proper information else better to skip such kind of shops. You can get better at variety of shops located at Govindappa street, Parry's, George town, chennai.
