IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER. NEVER GET CAUGHT IN THE FANCY TALKS WHILE BUYING/ GIVING CYCLE FOR SERVICE/REPAIRS. Had given cycle for service/repiars (Bill no 1909). Was intimated cycle will be ready by next day evening. However when I called the next day, I was being told that nothing has been initiated and work is yet to commence only in the night. while unexpected delays are understandable, same need to be communicated to customer in the right manner. Blaming the customer outright, saying nothing was promised on delivery time reflects irresponsible behaviour of the staff. If the Shop doesn't want to deal with servicing and repairs, then let the customer know accordingly instead of wasting time and effort. This shop should never be trusted.

Worst wanrrantied services. While selling nice talks about warranties, when v take cycle for receiving service not commited to the words. Proper service need to be provided. No customer satisfaction. Very much disappointment.

Very wrost customer free service for kids cycle they selected just 3 month two free services. During this lock down period also they followed same concept. Just for customer satisfaction they didn't take kids cycle for free service. Wrost commitment during purchasing vehicle once sold out the given commitment they will change. Don't give false information we are not spoil your shop name. You conveyed this information to customer via SMS due to lock down we extended free serive to June. We didnt receive any message from your company. This is very small kid cycle how much time or cost will take care for your company. You want to maintain customer satisfaction you can do this small work. My son itself identify (11years) this uncle changes statements each visit try to avoid this type of false statements in front of kids.

Dear all I went to this shop to purchase the cycle. There the sales persons are explaining very good manner. If we asked many questions they replied me very humble and friendly. Not only that if we said our budget they giving and showed the right model. They have variety of models from children to college guys. Nice place to purchase cycles. Service also very good. Because I purchased 3 cycles from cycle to fitness.at Mathananthapuram. Even if we say or found any mistakes on service. They are immediately attend the complaint and correct it. So CYCLE TO FITNESS IS THE BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE CYCLES. thanks

Very worst service, They charged 450RS for general service of my kid cycle, They didn't even clean the cycle & while giving them the cycle I complained while giving them the cycle to check the status of front tyre as the air is not withstanding when I went to collect the cycle back it was same and the guy told they had compressor problem but he fixed the tyre issue and he filled the air, the air got released before I reached home. I came from very far distance so I coudnt go back. Finally I myself found the problem was with wall-tube I replaced it and now the tyre is perfect. Friends dont see the name and go (I did the mistake). I lost 450RS without any reason.

Worst service. Brought kids cycle here .. From the date of purchase my kid is falling whenever he cycling. So they changed the side support wheels twice. Still it is not able to use condition. Now planning to buy new one from other brand

Had a GOOD experience than other service centers.. Gone for purchasing a new bicycle and got all model in a single roof, could feel the bicycle as good as expected. Also, I was not forced to change parts as the service advisory. Polite and calm full people on service. THANK !!!
