My experience with D5 was really good. We came to know D5 by our friend’s reference to design our villa. Once we met them, They were so humble & had a clear discussion with their designers on our requirement and came out with some amazing designs with different options. After freezing the designs, materials & quotations. They started production on their own factory. Coming to the execution, they allotted a separate site engineer for our site & followed work progress according to the scheduled and finally completed with great finish. Overall their work was very professional neat & perfect. Thank you D5 team for making our dream home come true.

My experience with D5 has been a journey of hope, disappointment but end was an full of satisfaction. Eventually D5 did deliver on counts of QUALITY of product, after-sales-service and most importantly the desire to sustain the bond with the client. One input or recommendation that I personally would like to give to project management is more professional men at site supervision on a daily/weekly basis and not just relegate the job to the workmen for execution of customer approved plans. More clarity of the products they want to put in and get on time approvals . I felt there was a gap in the understanding of the design team and the execution team. But as we say all is good which ends well . That’s exactly I felt .. they went on the job till the last bit was done to my satisfaction. That makes them stand out from other conspirators in the market Marketing is done by all but after sales service is what that makes difference and a long term relationship . That is one best thing one can get from D5. I recommend D5 to those who value product quality and after sales customer service.

Eventually D5 did deliver on counts of QUALITY of product, after-sales-service and most importantly the desire to sustain the bond with the client. I wish their project management is more keenly managed by professional men at site supervision on a daily/weekly basis and not just relegate the job to the workmen for execution of customer approved plans. Specific teams must be dedicated for each discipline from start to finish if there is to be a seamless and time-bound finish to the project in hand. I wish D5 will appreciate this crucial aspect which will help their own cause in delivering more quantity in optimum time and reduce the down time suffered by the client.
