Hi, i bought my Gypsys canopy from Defence Auto Centre. Prabh, the owner was really helpful throughout till the parcel reached was delivered to me in Delhi. I connected with him on FB and I generally dont buy products over a random chat. My billling was for around 8k which i paid in advance, as over the time i could develop faith and transparency through regular interactions over the phone call and whatsapp chat. Genuine products and excellent packing with par excellence support. Good job Prabh. Keep ut up buddy!

Genuine car spare parts shop. One may find genuine spares of almost all brands here on genuine prices. The staff is also adequate so buying experience is fair. Parking may be a problem, so it's better to have someone wait in the car while you purchase parts as per your requirement, else one may commute via public transport too.

Very worst service and it is the worst automobile shop in General patters road. I went to buy a crank case gasket and it was not available in their shop so they sent their person to search the product in other shops. I entered the shop at 1.30 pm and from that time they were telling that the product will come in 5mins , 10 mins Nd so on ..and finally they brought a product at 4.30 pm from another shop and the product didn't suit my vehicle. This shop don't deserve a review.. I don't recommend this shop and even the employees working in that shop also suggested me to buy at some other shops.

i just went for some parts for my car and the date was 2nd November, the thing which they said was "YES YOU CAN GET IT BY TOMORROW NOW YOU SHOULD GIVE ADVANCE" after that i was calling and following them atleast three days by calling and they said to come today the date is 5th November. And now they are saying that there is no power in the shop and godown and said to come by 8 pm and my location Is too far from the shop and it would atleast take 1 to 1 and half hrs. No one was replying properly. They were thinking that much that we asked for their money I was asking for "MY ADVANCE MONEY" i was waiting for 30min for my money and atlast i got my advance and iam leaving now without anything. Now what shall I do. I am just posting this on 5th November I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THEM AGAIN If any one think this is not truth then it's ur time to go to the shop.
