Very bad experience after buying dell inspirion laptop from this showroom. Never go for product which they insist you to buy. Useless product for me. If you need professional dell laptop, buy with Windows 10 Pro OS and Microsoft Office with outlook installed latest version. This is my humble suggestion to all of you guys. I had very bad experience with people in this showroom. They don't know technically. Think before you buy and take advice from 4 to 5 technicals experts related to software as well before you choose a product.

Wanted to check my Battery issue of Dell Xps 13 out of warranty laptop, without opening the system or checking the BIOS setup they said since the charging is not showing we need to change the battery and approximately it will 10,000 Rs, even without looking at the battery serial number or opening the device they made such statement. When questioned how are you sure its battery or how much this battery cost, please open up the serial number and see the cost... the reply was "Sorry sir, will not open it unless you agree to go ahead with cost mentioned... because mostly when we open the system and confirm the amount, the customer don;t agree to proceed and hence its time waste for us and you" I was very much shocked with the attitude. I took the latop to another local shop were they look at models... he switched to BIOS mode and told, the charger is at fault, he changed the charger and showed battery is not charging, later he fixed with new battery which didn't cost me 10,000 as he mentioned. Very bad attitude and service experience for me, My 3 latopops were Dell, thinking of moving out of DELL now.
