Not that welcoming staff or customer service. Went to purchase for my daughter's birthday but then the staff was neither interested to assist us nor encouraging us to buy. Went to Hi-style, price was comparitively less and the sales man showed up good varieties. Hi-Style was exactly opposite in terms of location, as well as price and good customer service.

One good place in Chennai where you can find a vast variety of gown collection. The ambience was too good and the staffs were customer friendly. The fabric quality was too good and the kids section was alluring. Must try for your grand occasions.

They don’t really have a wide range of collections for white wedding gowns. The ones that are present aren’t allowed for trial ( store policy is that you can only try 2 gowns. 2 gowns from the whole store. Not just 2 gowns in a type of collection) and the designs are sub-par. They don’t have a wide range in different styles (most of the ones present were ball gowns. Barely any A line, no sheath, no mermaid). Diadem is more fit for your reception/wedding party than for your traditional Christian wedding ceremony. The collection for reception dresses were a lot more vast.

i visited diadem 3 months back to get my niece a birthday dress. it was her first birthday and we were looking for nice birthday gowns. they had limited collection but all the gowns looked so nice. you get a nice dress for 2k which is so cool. the shop was clean and organized with very helping staff. we also bought a tiara and shoes for her. i wouldn't recommend shoes though. it was peak covid time, they were following social distancing and sanitizers were provided. air conditioner was turned off. overall i would give 4/5 for ambience and value for money.

Probably the only professionally managed wedding gown store chain at Chennai . They have some good collection and the prices starts at around 10k for white wedding gown (Check with the store for the pricing). And they delivered the goods post alteration on time as we had requested. The staffs are extremely courteous and very friendly.

Recently bought a gown here. Came all the way from Bangalore for it and they just stuffed the gown inside a cardboard box WITHOUT A BAG and gave it to us without saying anything. How am I supposed to store the gown in my house? Update: They called me back today and have updated that they'll keep in touch and are trying their best to correct the issue. Going from 1 star to 5 star for the customer service, turns out it wasn't their fault. Corona virus is damaging businesses everywhere.

Nice dresses but totally unreasonable price. There was a simple dress, I had the same design in my home which I bought from Bangalore,.... The dress was nice but the price, omg, the price in diadem is 10 times more of the price that I had purchased in Bangalore. To people who want a princess kind of frock or really good and trendy dresses at a reasonable price, I recommend you to check out this new shop called SAVINIIDI.
