I have worked with Diamondpick for one year and Im thankful I can say that I really do enjoy going to work every day! I can’t imagine working anywhere else. Diamondpick has great bosses, wonderful staffs, dedicated recruiters, account executives & HR Managers, when we all get together you can see we really are a striving towards the same goal, a successful placement- a happy ending. About the work environment, we can peacefully work by seeing the beach view.

There interview process is worst as when I arrived there, I had to wait for 40 min for the 1st round of interview and at that time I was the only one who came there for interview and in that round I had clearly mentioned that I have 1 year gap after that they said that they want to proceed for the 2nd round and for that also I have to wait for half an hour. In 2nd round also they asked me about the 1 year gap and they again proceed me for the 3rd round for which I had to wait for 15 minutes after asking all questions in last the hiring manager said that "you have 1 year gap so you can leave the office". Instead of wasting 2hrs, in very first round they could reject for 1 year gap reason
