The products are good. I had gone to the office to order it in person (not online). Guess I know why they prefer online. The guy at the office doesn't know how to smile. So not a good positive vibe. But product was good.

Got a Kung Fu Panda printed on a t shirt for a 3yr old. And it was 3rd class print, where the white portion of the panda was not white but blue colour, in smaller size. The panda was positioned almost as low as the tummy (due to some technical difficulties that was never hinted about while taking the order), even after clearly stating that the panda should be positioned on top. The only disclaimer that they project is that they mentioned (at the time of ordering ) that they do not know how the print will come out unless it is printed. They just played it safe. With these many years of experience in the business you should be able to guide customers with better suggestions and should be able to tell an 'Yes' or 'No' rather than saying 'I don't know'.
