Chennai corporation community hall located on the main road at kodambakkam. Low budget medium size function hall. Dinning at ground floor. Spacious paved parking at front Maintenance is very poor. Function hall at first floor.

It's a very spacious and 10 minutes from vadapalani. The parking is very spacious and the hall is decent enough. Ground floor is dining hall and 1st floor is a reception hall. We have balcony view point in this hall. Cleanliness could have been better.

No maintenance there are split all round the corner.Suggest to collect maintenance charge on every function and promote proper sanitation .it will excellent place for all people.

Need to improve more things like rest room and hand wash area, maintenance is not good. But receiption Hall is looking good, parking area more spacious.

Location is good with car and two wheeler parking space. Very affordable price for middle class. But inside the hall is somewhat ok, due to poor maintenance.

Building is old, broken steps.. Dirty ceilings but many event organizers are covering it with Screens and Fancy decorations.. So it will be Nice

Quite big to hold a crowd above 500. It's a two storey building. Though spacious, cannot survive summers. It's very hot and sultry. Parking lot is spacious. Gate is big enough to let in big vehicles. There's a huge cooking and serving place.
